As our customer, we want you to receive your drops conveniently and safely. We only work with couriers who carefully and individually pick each order directly from where it is manufactured. We, therefore, apply a pickup fee of $4.99 to each Seller included on your order. For example, you find a beautiful Cherry gin from a distiller in Melbourne and quality Shiraz wine from a winery in Perth and need it delivered to your home in New South Wales. As this order involves two pickups, we charge two pickup fees (each $4.99) and add $9.98 to your total order.
Our pickup fee secures doorstep delivery if you live in one of +5,100 Australian postcodes in 7 Aussie states (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA). When entering your delivery address in the checkout process, our system automatically tells you whether we can deliver to you or not. Your order normally takes 2-7 days to arrive from the day of payment, but may result in longer delivery times due to COVID19. We encourage you to treat other people with kindness and help out when asked for ID.
If you want to make a return, you have 5 calendar days after you’ve received the order to notify us of a refund request. Go to www.greatdrops.com.au/contact and select ‘Request a refund’ from the drop-down menu and be sure to specify your order number so we can track it.
We cannot make that refund if;
- The product has been unsealed after you received it,
- The product is made-to-order for you,
- The product has been inseparably mixed with another product after you have received it.
Your refund, if valid, will mean;
- You need to return the product to our partner no more than 7 calendar days after you send your refund request,
- We will issue the refund within 3 calendar days of our partner confirming to have received the returned product,
- The refund will be in your account 7-10 calendar days after we have our partner confirms to have received the product.
