1. What is great drops exactly?

We represent some of the most unique alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages manufactured in Australia, and you won’t find most of our products anywhere else.

We’re on an exploration ​to discover the best of one-of-a-kind, drinks, and beverages. Our goal is to inspire and empower true pleasure seekers: the adventurous and authentic kind searching for enriching experiences.

We all live in a world bombarded with choice, and our purpose is to help you cut through the noise and connect with your new and old favorites. Whether you’re new to artisanal drinks or find yourself quite the expert, you’ll find something that’s just the right fit at great drops.


2. Tell me about shipping…

We work on a drop-shipping model, which means once you place your order, the Seller will ensure parcel delivery to your provided address. We currently deliver to over 6,100 Australian postcodes – our checkout will tell whether or not we can deliver to you. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email with shipping provider and tracking number.

We select a Seller because of their passion, product, and story, and we insist on delivering to your preferred address. We charge a flat-rate fee of $10 per Seller in your cart to ensure your orders arrive conveniently and safely (you are required to show of ID upon delivery). Expect your order(s) to arrive within 4-7 business days, but longer waits can occur due to COVID19.

If you live close by a Seller, you have the option to ‘Click & Collect’ at the checkout. In that case, the Seller will get in touch with you to arrange a pickup at Seller’s location.


3. What is ‘My Account’ for?

You can set up an account with us here greatdrops.com.au/account/. Your account is personal and stores invoices for purchases you’ve made in the past. It holds your billing and shipping information to make your next purchase easier. Once you place an order, your stated data is sent to our Sellers for shipping purposes.

The great drops team and Sellers respect your privacy will not share your information with 3rd parties nor spam you. If you want to unsubscribe from our email to you click ‘Unsubscribe’ on any email you receive from us.

If you want to delete your account, send us a request on greatdrops.com.au/contact/, and we will respond and resolve it within 24 hours.


4. Who is selling the product?

Every purchase is directly between you and the Seller, but we’re still here – read the next bit…


5. How will I get refunded?

If you request a refund, please make sure you read greatdrops.com.au/terms-for-buyers/ first. If your request meets our terms, go to greatdrops.com.au/contact/ and choose ‘Request A Refund’ in the drop-down menu.

We’ll take it from there and communicate with you until the refund is complete. Please note that you five calendar days from receiving an order to make your refund request. Once we have processed your request, the amount will figure in your account 7-10 business days after.


6. Will you help and support me?

As a great drop customer you deserve the best. When you place an order, an invoice is sent to the email you provide us. Your invoice states a direct contact to the Seller (just below Seller’s company information), and you can inquire about order and delivery. When you get in touch with a Seller please title your email “great drops order #XXXXXX” to avoid confusion.

But we’re both Sellers and our team are here to help. If you want to contact our team directly please put in a request on greatdrops.com.au/contact/ and choose ‘General Inquiry’. We will respond within 24 hours and do our best to resolve your issue.


7. Do you know of a great drop?
